Selecting an apartment or dates and sending an enquiry does not hold availability, confirm a reservation or create an accommodation contract. The enquiry form does not take payments.

2. Before you agree to a stay

PDG15 will confirm the proposed accommodation, dates, guest numbers, availability and total price directly with you. Before you agree, you will receive the applicable payment schedule, taxes and charges, deposit conditions, cancellation and refund terms, arrival arrangements and house rules. Monthly rentals and short stays may have different conditions.

Please review the offer and any rental agreement before signing or making payment. If any condition is unclear, ask PDG15 to clarify it first.

3. Existing bookings and other platforms

For an existing booking, refer to your booking confirmation and the conditions agreed when you booked. Bookings through another platform also have information and conditions supplied through that platform. This page does not change an existing agreement or limit your mandatory consumer rights.

4. Questions and access needs
