DESCRIPTION
Spacious, luxurious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a prime location, situated in an exclusive building with doorman on Paseo de Gracia only one block from Plaza de Catalunya and two blocks from Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter. The apartment is completely quiet (no street noise) and is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. At the guest’s disposal are high quality furniture, central AC/ Heating, WiFi, Smart TV, washer, hairdryer, iron, etc. and a fully equipped kitchen.

This unique apartment has been fully refurbished and is equipped with high-end furniture and designer pieces.
The living room is spacious and comes with 2 sofas and one converts into a bed for the 5th and 6th guests. The 55″ smart TV is hooked up to a strong WiFi connection. From the living room, guests have access to the south-facing gallery which has a large window front and a dining table with 6 chairs.
There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower, sink, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom is a single room and also comes with a cupboard and an en-suite bathroom with a walking shower, WC, and sink. The third bedroom is a single room with a night table and a cupboard. The guest staying in this room would use the 3rd bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and WC, which is accessible from the hallway in the apartment. Next to it would be the fully equipped kitchen.
The design of the apartment has been chosen to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is completely quiet as it does not face the street which is a great plus considering the central location. Good sleep and rest after a long day of exploring the city are guaranteed.

***** The location was amazing! Right in the middle of the hustle & bustle and yet extremely quiet. Really spacious & beautifully decorated.
***** Location, location, location! My family and I stayed at Marcel’s place for 8 nights and we had a great stay! The apartment is in a great location close to restaurants, high end shopping, local sights, and local train station. The apartment is well furnished and looks exactly as in the photos. We were a family of 4 and it provided ample space for all of us. The building had a decent size elevator which looked new. The apartment had central air conditioning which worked great (sometimes these don’t work well but this one did).
This place checked some other boxes we look for in a place such as:
1. efficient washer/dryer
2. large refrigerator
3. a lightweight comforter rather than a flat sheet for covers (HUGE bonus because some places only give you a sheet)
4. gel hand soap in bathrooms
5. it was quiet (no street noise)
The check out was easy and Marcel arranged for transportation to pick us up which was great!
I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again!!
***** The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We could walk to almost everywhere. We also took the Metro and it was right in front of the apartment. Great for a family.

***** Super zentrale Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig, da die Fenster zum Innenhof gelegen waren.
Das Schlafzimmer ist toll, die beiden anderen Zimmer sind etwas klein und haben leider kein Fenster. Im schönen geräumigen Wohnzimmer ist jedoch eine bequeme Ausziehcouch.
Der reinste Luxus für uns drei “Ladys” waren die drei Bäder.
Die Einrichtung und Mobiliar sind sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

***** Marcel is an excellent host, great communication, lots of useful local information provided and very accommodating to our needs. The apartment is in a very central location, next to Metro that has great links. A beautiful apartment with everything you need to relax in after a busy day exploring. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend AH-UN Japanese BBQ restaurant for amazing food and exceptional service and Vapiano Gran Via for great Italian food.

***** Our stay in Barcelona at Marcel’s place was wonderful. It was the perfect spot for our family of 4. The metro stop was right in front of the building and using the free now taxi app made getting around a breeze. Marcel was always very quick to respond to questions and proactive about communicating. We would most definitely stay here again!

***** Marcel’s place was spotless and very comfortable. Our family of five loved having three bathrooms. The location was perfect. We mostly walked but it was convenient to have the metro station right out the front door. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet inside the apartment. The doorman was very helpful and let us store our bags for several hours.

***** We loved this Airbnb. There were 4 of us in our party and we each had our personal space. The apartment is on a busy street but it was quiet. It’s in a great location, easy to walk to all the major attractions. The rooms were spotless and made to feel like you are right at home. I’d stay here again! ***** First, of all I would like to say that Marcel is excellent. Professional, friendly, helpful, and very responsive to questions. The condo is fantastic. Lots of room, a back balcony, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and very fast WiFi. The location was perfect for us. It is very central and in a nice area with many restaurants and stores around. While it is true that the area in front of the building is quite busy the rooms are on the back side of building so it is not noisy and feels very secluded once you are in your room. There is also a beautiful entryway between the street and the elevator so even once you are inside the building before even going to the rooms it is quiet and secure. We loved the condo, the location, and the extremely helpful host.
