DESCRIPTION
Spacious, luxurious, fully refurbished apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on Paseo de Gracia only 1 block from Placa de Catalunya and 2 blocks from the Gothic quarter and Las Ramblas. Situated on the 3rd floor the living room has stunning views over this gorgeous avenue. The 3 bedrooms are interior and quiet. The rental is equipped with designer pieces as well as central AC/ Heating, WiFi, washer, dryer, etc. The in 1882 constructed beautiful building has a modern elevator & doorman.

The location could not be any more convenient. Almost all important sights can be reached within a short walk and we have some of the best tapas restaurants literally around the corner. Ciudad Condal, El Nacional and El Lateral are my favorites and are all with 1-2 blocks from the rental.
The apartment feels cozy, comfortable and welcoming. It offers 3 bedrooms and can host up to 7 guests. The first bedroom comes with a double bed, a large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower, WC, bidet and sink. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, a big cupboard and a full size mirror. The third bedroom is a single room and comes with a desk and a wardrobe. Right next to this bedroom is the second bathroom with shower, WC and sink. It is accessible from the long hallway. The living room of this apartment is spacious, faces Passeig de Gracia and has two small balconies from where guests can overview the avenue down to Placa de Catalunya; Barcelona’s main square. Further on, the living room is equipped with a comfortable chaise lounge sofa which converts in one easy movement into a comfortable double bed. Also in the living room and right next to the kitchen is the dinning area with a white glass table and 6 chairs. The fully equipped and modern kitchen is accessible from the living room’s dining area and offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. All appliances are top brands. At the guests, disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.
The designer decoration and high-end furniture give a modern and stylish look to the apartment.
His unit is located on the third floor with an elevator. The building’s community is quiet and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance. We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here.

The apartment is in a beautiful building and was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location cannot be beat – it’s central to everything with lots of restaurants, sites, shopping, and markets within a few blocks. The metro is right outside the apartment, which adds to the convenience. We would definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Barcelona!

***** We had a wonderful week in Marcel’s place. My kids each had their own bedroom and the family room was a good space for us to hang out. The location was walkable to many of the sites and close to so many good restaurants. Marcel was super responsive to our needs and questions. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.
***** We booked Marcel’s apartment based on the previous excellent reviews and it did not disappoint. This was our first time in Barcelona and we stayed for 9 days to see and eat everything and this apartment could not be more centrally located! It was so easy to take the subway and the bus to where ever we needed to be very quickly. The apartment is clean, comfortable, quiet and well-equipped. While here I also did some work so I apprecaited the strong wifi and dedicated desk and chair in one of the bedrooms. The bedrooms are in the back of the apartment so its extremely quiet at night and the views out the the living and dining room windows are awesome. We made use of the oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer and apprecaited the instructional videos Marcel provided. Bed linens and towels were clean and comfortable. Marcel is excellent and thoughtful host, I would highly recommend booking with him.
***** Ha sido muy amable con nosotros , el piso está muy limpio y está muy bien ubicado en la ciudad, a poco metros llegar los puntos de interés, después de checkout, nos ha facilitado de guardar las maletas en el piso , ha sido genial para nosotros para aprovechar el restro de tiempo para la visita. muy recomendable el piso.
***** This apartment was great for families with children. It has a lift, which was helpful with the stroller and it is centrally located with easy access to the metro. Marcel was very responsive, honest and with quick communication. We appreciated the videos of appliances before we arrived. We hope to stay here again next time we travel to Barcelona.
***** My group had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was ideal and felt very safe. Most everything is within a 20 minute walking distance and the place is right beside the metro. Marcel was able to accommodate an early check-in for us which was greatly appreciated after our overnight flight from the USA. Place was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
